Kofte Tabrizi is one of the local cuisines in the East Azarbaijan province.
It uses a variety of aromatic vegetables and cotyledons, but recently, minced meat is also used to ease the work. Finally, put egg yolks, walnuts and dried plums in it and decorated with a mixture of pistachios and barberry. In the water, this food is used as a seasoning for tomato paste and saffron.
